This collection of notes can improve one’s ability to decipher flavors and composition in spirits; ultimately leading to a better understanding of agave and flavors in general.

Through exercises of recall and memorization, this kit helps strengthen your scent memory retention to better detect tasting notes and their descriptors in Bourbon, Scotch, Irish Whiskey, Single Malt, and more. The connections, like vocabulary, can be repurposed for culinary, creative, or other spirit efforts.
